Terms and Conditions

Your Information

We only collect personal information from you with your consent, which is used to better determine your skin type, for safe and effective treatments. This information is retained as strictly confidential.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

  • If you are running late a phone call is appreciated. We may need to reschedule your booking time to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Cancellation/Late & Refund Policy

  • 24 hours notice must be given for any appointment cancellation.

  • Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

  • In the case of prepaid treatments, coupons or specials, the treatment will be forfeited.

  • NO SHOWS will be charged a fee of 100% of the service(s) to have been provided.

  • Treatments are not transferable.

  • Mommaz has a 'no refund' policy for services.

Gift Certificate & Vouchers
Certificates:

  • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are not to be used in conjunction with any other special offer.

  • Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months and have a set expiration date. if you do not use the certificate prior to the expiration date please call us so we can extend it for a further 2 months.

  • Certificates cannot be extended if you contact us after the expiration date. If you cancel your appointment in LESS than 24 hours, we will deduct 50% from your Gift Certificate.

Coupons:

  • Please advise us at the time of your booking if you have a Coupon. 

  • Please have your Coupon with you on the day of your treatment. We may reject your booking if it is not presented.

  • Coupons are unable to be replaced if lost and have an expiration date which can not be extended.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PATIENTS ***
  • Same removal area must be treated in all consecutive sessions. 
  • For laser treatments, all areas MUST be shaved (do NOT use clippers) 24hrs prior to appointment otherwise we cannot do the treatment. If we do have to shave you, $20 per area will be charged.
  • You must NOT have artifically tanned or been in the sun within two weeks prior to your appointment. This will void your session and require you to reschedule
